Ingredients for making simple wind pastel dough:

500 grams of type 1 wheat flour

 200 milliliters of warm water

 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

 1 tablespoon of oil

 1 teaspoon of salt

 frying oil

 stuffing to your liking

How to make simple wind pastel dough:

Mix the sifted flour, oil and vinegar in a bowl. Add water little by little and knead until the bread dough becomes point: neither too soft nor too hard.

Tip: If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour, but make sure it doesn't become doughy.

Knead this crunchy pastry dough until it is smooth and smooth. Shape it into a ball, cover it with a cloth and let it sit for 10-15 minutes - it won't grow, it just gets firmer.

Tip: To save the dough, open it in plastic wrap and roll it up. Can be refrigerated for 4-5 days and up to 3 months in the freezer.

Separate the pastry dough into two halves and roll it out thinly with the help of a rolling pin. Cut into squares, stuff and close (you can crunch the edges with a fork, to make them the traditional way).

Tip: It is important to open the dough very thin because this is how it becomes crunchy.

Heat the oil and when it's hot enough to fry, add 2 to 3 pastries frying at a time. Wait for the pastries to turn golden and with the dough popped and remove to a plate with absorbent paper, to drain the excess oil.
